How do I report a complaint?
If for any reason, you are unhappy with your order, INITHOME will replace the product. There is no need to return the product to us. Just take a good quality picture of the defective product and we will send you a new product as quickly as possible. If you prefer to opt out of a new product, we will refund your money within 21 working days.
